"Usually find good deals"
I’ve ordered from thebeautyplace.com a few times now, and honestly... the discounts are probably what keep bringing me back. Last time, they had a promo code for the item I was already planning to buy, and yeah, it actually worked at checkout, which was nice.

Shipping was totally fine too, nothing super special, but no issues either. I ended up saving more than I thought compared to a few other sites, so... overall, I’m happy with it.

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered from thebeautyplace.com and figured it would take a while, but it showed up surprisingly fast. I got the tracking info quickly too, which was nice because I don’t usually like relying on customer service if something goes missing or gets delayed.

The package was packed fine and everything arrived in good shape, but the shipping speed was really the standout for me. It was nice not having to chase anyone down or sit around wondering where my order was. I’d probably order again

I liked shopping on thebeautyplace because they actually carry brands I already use, not just the random filler products some sites seem to push. I found Dermalogica, L’Oreal, and a few hair products I usually end up hunting around for. The prices seemed reasonable, and the site was easy to use. it was nice not having to bounce between a bunch of stores just to find things that should be easy to keep in stock.

The quality is decent, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything. One of the items felt like it might’ve been sitting around for a while, while the other one was totally fine. It’s not even about that being a huge problem, it just made the whole thing feel a little average. Overall, not bad, but not something I’d be super excited about.

Customer service was helpful overall. It did take a little while to get everything sorted out, but they actually stuck with me and helped fix the issue. Compared to a few other companies I’ve dealt with, the support felt more personal and less like they were just trying to rush me off the chat.
